Everything in life may be looked upon as an opportunity to open our heart. We are surrounded by props (in the guise of upsets in our lives, overdue bills, crabby neighbors, barking dogs early in the morning, etc.) that invite us to surrender and just go to next. We only have to do this one step at a time.
We are not victims of pain and suffering, povery, loss, etc. As we feel our feeling and move to next there is an opportunity to take the high road....to open our hearts and to know a gift is available. It may take a second, a day or even longer but if our intent is to go to the higher octave we will eventually see the bigger picture. It really beats being down in the dumps and your serenity will shine thru and become contagious to others. Reminds me of the old saying "Smile, its Contagious!"
